I am still without BT broadband.

It went down last Tuesday (I think), and was told it would be fixed today.

I phoned to make sure it was getting fixed, only to be told 25th April. It took almost two hours to contact them.

I said no chance, I was told today.

The chap from BT said, your correct, it states in the notes you were told today.

I said 25th is almost a full month, even with this virus, this is nonsense as I was told it is a fault outside and the chap will not even need to come to my house.

I am now told it will be fixed in the morning (Tuesday 7th April) between 8am and 11am.

I thought they could have at least sent an email or text to say they were not fixing it today. Good job I phoned.
